AppleCare iPhone/Accessory Repair is HERE!

The Tiger Tech Shop is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, offering AppleCare+ repairs for eligible iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch devices. This service is available by appointment exclusively to Clemson students, faculty and staff. Most eligible iPhone repairs are completed in-house. Display-only repairs are generally completed the same day, depending on appointment availability, parts availability and device eligibility. Other repairs may take longer. iPad and Apple Watch repairs, along with devices that have water damage, will be sent out for service.

Before Your Appointment

Repair appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for eligible personal or University-owned Apple devices covered by AppleCare+.

Before scheduling, please:

  • Confirm that your device is covered by AppleCare+. 
  • Back up your device when possible. 
  • Have your Apple ID and password available. 
  • Bring a physical Clemson ID. A digital ID displayed on the device being repaired cannot be accepted. 

Devices covered by a carrier or other third-party warranty are not eligible. Tiger Tech Shop staff will review repair options and next steps during your appointment.

iPhone Warranty Repair Appointment Calendar

Please note that the only items that can be fixed in-house are glass repairs on iPhones. Everything else will be shipped out to be repaired and will take a couple of days.

Apple Watch:

  1. $69 for Accidental Damage
  2. $79 for Accidental Damage to Apple Watch Ultra or Hermes

iPhone:

  1. $29 for Screen or Back Glass Damage
  2. $99 for other Accidental Damage

iPad:

  1. $29 for Accessories
  2. $29 for screen damage
  3. $99 for other accidental damage for iPad Airs and iPad Pros
  4. $49 for other accidental damage for all other models.

HomePod and HomePod Mini:

  1. $39 for HomePod accidental damage
  2. $15 for HomePod mini accidental damage

Apple TV:

  1. $15 for Accidental Damage
